<About cancelling a subscription>
We recommend continuing for at least 3 deliveries, but there is no minimum number of purchases and you may cancel at any time. To cancel, please apply from My Page at least 5 days before your next shipment, or contact us by phone. No penalty, cancellation fee or charge for the difference in discounts arises from cancelling. Unless you tell us you wish to cancel, deliveries continue automatically.
If the payment method given at sign-up cannot be used when a subscription payment is taken, we will not change the payment method without the account holder's consent. The order in question will be cancelled.
