Umamo Shoyu Koji: Soy sauce (made in Japan), rice koji, flavoring ingredients (garlic, dashi kombu, dried shiitake), dried algae powder (contains soy and wheat)
Note: Umamo is an algae fermented using awamori lees
(scientific name: Aurantiochytrium).
